A Sweet Treat for Every Occasion

Today, I will share a unique coconut sweet treat recipe that is perfect for every occasion. It's a delightful dish that everyone loves!

- 1 large fresh coconut, halved
- 100 grams mawa/khoya
- 8 cashew nuts
- 6-8 pistachios
- 6-8 almonds
- 1½ tbsps ghee
- 1 cup milk
- A large pinch of saffron
- ¼ tsp green cardamom powder
- ¾ cup sugar
At first Rub the coconut and exchange it in a bowl.
Grind mawa and exchange it in a bowl.(Grate the cream cheese)
Chop cashew nuts, pistachios and almonds.
Warm ghee (butter) in a non-stick container. Include rejected coconut and sauté for 2 minutes.
Now Include the ground mawa, blend and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Include drain, saffron, and green cardamom powder and blend well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Include sugar and blend. Include salt, blend and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Include half of the chopped cashew nuts, pistachios and almonds. Cook for a miniature.
Serve hot embellished with remaining chopped nuts.
