Equipment

  • Pot or Kettle To boil the water for your tranquil tea.
  • Measuring spoon For measuring out the valerian root powder and nutmeg.
  • Strainer To strain the tea after boiling.
  • Cup or Mug For serving the tea.

Ingredients
  

This must be consumed 1 hour before your sleep time

  • 1 tsp valerian root powder
  • basil leaves or peppermint leaves according to your necessity
  • Pinch of nutmeg powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil one glass of water and add valerian root powder and basil leaves
  • Let it boil for a few minutes to allow the flavor of the ingredients to infuse in the water
  • Now add a pinch of nutmeg and switch off the stove
  • Strain and serve
