Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 8-12 tbsps sattu (roasted gram flour)
  • 4 cups yogurt
  • 16 measures Sugar Free Green
  • Ice cubes as required
  • 8 tbsps pumpkin seeds
  • 8 tbsps sunflower seeds
  • 8 tbsps flax seeds
  • 4 tbsps chia seeds, soaked in 1 cup water
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender jar. Add banana, sattu (roasted gram flour), yogurt, Sugar Free Green, ice cubes and blend well.
  • Heat a nonstick pan. Add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and dry roast for a minute.
  • Transfer the blended smoothie in a serving glass, top up with chia seeds and roasted seeds.
  • Garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
