Ingredients
10-12 strawberries, hulled and quartered + for garnish
¾cup oats
¼ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup almond powder
10 measures Sugar Free Green
¼ cup fresh cream
¾ cupred wine
1inch cinnamon stick
1 star anise
4-5 cloves
1tsp vanilla essence
1tbsp corn flour slurry
Instructions
Preheat oven at 180ºC.
Heat a nonstick pan. Add oats, whole wheat flour and dry roast on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add almond powder and mix well. Transfer in a bowl, add 5 measures Sugar Free Green, fresh cream and mix well.
Heat the same nonstick pan. Add strawberries, red wine, cinnamon, star anise, cloves and mix well. Add vanilla essence, remaining Sugar Free Green and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Discard the spices.
Add corn flour slurry and mix well.
Transfer the strawberry mixture in oven proof glass casserole, sprinkle the oats mixture evenly and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with strawberries and serve.
