Refreshing Orange Pineapple Chia Seed Drink Recipe

Equipment

  • Measuring cups For measuring liquids like water, honey, and soda.
  • Measuring spoons For measuring chia seeds, honey, and spices.
  • Blender To blend the oranges, pineapple, lemon juice, and honey into a smooth mixture.
  • Fine Sieve or Strainer To strain the blended mixture and remove pulp.
  • Mixing bowl For soaking chia seeds and mixing ingredients.
  • Glass or Pitcher To serve the drink.
  • Ice Crusher or Ice Tray For crushing ice or using ice cubes.
  • Serving Glasses For pouring and serving the drink to guests.
  • Knife For chopping the pineapple and slicing the lemon.
  • Cutting Board For safe chopping of fruits.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 medium pineapple
  • 2 tbsps Pro V Premium Chia Seeds
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsps honey
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Crushed ice as required
  • Fresh mint leaves as required
  • Drinking soda as required

Instructions
 

  • Take Master V Premium Chia Seeds in a bowl. Include ½ container water and set aside to splash for 30 minutes.
  • Cut 2 cuts of pineapple and advance cut into quarters.
  • Peel remaining pineapple and chop generally.
  • Take a blender jostle. Include oranges, pineapple, press lemon, include nectar and mix to fine blend.
  • Strain the blend through a fine sifter.
  • Include dark salt, ruddy chilli powder and blend well.
  • Include smashed ice to person glasses, include mint takes off and drenched chia seeds.
