Ingredients
2red apples
1cup apple juice
4inch cinnamon sticks + for garnish
2inch ginger, sliced
2tbsps tea leaves
4tbsps sugar
Instructions
Deseed and chop the apple into thick slices and set aside.
Heat 1 cup water in a sauce pan. Add apple juice, cinnamon and ginger and bring the mixture to boil.
Add some of the sliced apple and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tea leaves and mix well.
Add sugar and mix well, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining apple slices in serving cups and pour the prepared tea.
Place a cinnamon stick in each cup and serve hot.
