Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chopped tender coconut
  • 2 tbsps almonds, soaked for 1-2 hours, and peeled
  • 2 tbsps cashew nuts, soaked for 1-2 hours
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 4-6 vanilla ice cream scoops
  • 10-12 ice cubes
  • ¾ tsp green cardamom powder
  • Chopped almonds for garnish
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Put the tender coconut in a mixer jar. Add almonds, cashew nuts, sugar, coconut milk, ice cream scoops, ice cubes, and green cardamom powder and blend till smooth.
  • Transfer into individual glasses, garnish with chopped almonds and chopped pistachios. Serve immediately.
