- ½ cup fresh mango pulp
- Chopped fresh mangoes as required
- Sliced fresh mangoes as required
- 4 brown bread slices
- 2 cups reduced milk
- 7 measures Sugar Free Green
- ½ tsp green cardamom powder
- 8-10 saffron strands
- Slivered almonds as required
- Edible flowers for garnish
- Blanched and slivered pistachios for garnish
Preheat a sandwich toaster. Add bread slices and toast till crisp.
Take reduced milk in a bowl. Add mango pulp and mix well. Add Sugar Free Green and mix well.
Add green cardamom powder, saffron strands and mix well.
Cut the toasted bread slices into roundels with the help of cookie cutter.
Add the roundels in milk mixture and arrange 1 slice on serving plate. Top with some more rabdi and chopped mangoes.
Sprinkle almonds on top and place another piece on top
Place sliced mangoes on top.
Garnish with edible flowers, sprinkle some more almonds and blanched pistachios.
Place some more mango slices on top and serve.
