Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (for creaming with butter)
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence (for flavor)
  • 1 1/2 cup flour sifted with 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk (to adjust batter thickness)
  • Toppings: 1/4 cup mango pieces
  • 1/4 cup plums
  • 1/4 cup peaches
  • 2 tbsp blueberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Batter:
    Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add Eggs & Vanilla:
    Incorporate beaten eggs and vanilla essence into the mixture.
  • Add Dry Ingredients:
    Sift flour with baking powder, then fold into the wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Adjust Consistency:
    Add milk as needed to reach a thick, pourable butter
  • Add to Molds:
    Pour butter into greased or silicone muffin molds.
  • Add Toppings:
    Top each muffin with a mix of mango, plums, peaches, or a spoon of blueberry jam.
  • Bake:
    Place molds in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For best results, serve warm with caramel custard sauce.
