Ingredients
  

  • 12 large prawns shelled and deveined
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons roasted cumin (jeera) powder
  • 1 tbspl garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
  • Chaat masala for sprinkling
  • Onion rings for serving
  • Lemon slices for serving
  • Green chutney for serving

Instructions
 

  • 1.
    Put prawns in a bowl. Add salt, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and lemon juice, and mix well.
  • 2.
    Add yogurt and gram flour, mix well, and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3.
    Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the marinated prawns till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • 4.
    Sprinkle chaat masala and serve immediately with onion rings, lemon slices, and green chutney.

  • Set aside the prawns for marinating for 10-15 minutes.

Instructions

    Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Include yogurt, pulverized peppercorns, all-spice powder, paprika, salt, garlic glue, lemon juice, and olive oil, and blend well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

    Stick chicken pieces onto satay sticks.

    Warm a griller and brush with oil. Put pita bread on it, cover, and flame broil until flame broil marks show up on both sides. Expel from warm and set aside.
