- 4 leftover white bread slices
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 4-5 fresh parsley sprigs
- 1 tbsp olive oil tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
- Salad as required
Cut the leftover bread slices into 1 cm pieces.
Chop garlic cloves and parsley.
Heat olive oil and butter in a shallow nonstick pan. Add the bread pieces and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped garlic and saute till crisp.
Add parmesan cheese powder, chopped parsley and toss well. Allow to cool.
Add on top of salad or serve.
