Ingredients
2 sweet limes
Sweet lime slice for garnish
4-5 nannari root (sarasaparilla) pieces, crushed and soaked for 2-3 hours

3-4 ice cubes
1 tbsp soaked basil seeds
Instructions
Drain and add the nannari root (sarasaparilla) pieces to a deep nonstick pan. Add 3 cups of water and Sugar Free Natura, then cook until the mixture reduces to half of its original volume. Strain and allow it to cool.
Halve the sweet limes and extract the juice.
Add ice cubes to individual glasses. Add 2 tablespoons of the prepared nannari extract and basil seeds.
Top up with sweet lime juice, garnish with a sweet lime slice, and serve chilled.
Notes
Nannari Root: You should soak the nannari root in water for 2-3 hours before use to ensure it softens and releases its flavor during cooking.
