Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw chia seeds
  • Butterfly pea flower

  • Combine ingredients
    In a pan, add 1 glass of water. Drop in the butterfly pea flower, add 1-inch cinnamon stick, and a pinch of ginger. These ingredients not only enhance the flavor but also help in burning cholesterol effectively.
