Today, I will share with you a sugar-free recipe that is good for everyone, especially those who are suffering from diabetes or other conditions that prevent them from eating sweets. It is especially beneficial for them.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¾ cup fresh cream
  • 12 measures Sugar Free Natura

  • Grated Sugar Free Chocolate for garnish
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • At first heat the pan to 180⁰C.
  • Now take yogurt and add cocoa powder to the bowl.
  • At this time, add fresh cream and Sugar Free Natura, then mix well.
  • Pour the blend into individual ramekins, cover with aluminum foil, and arrange on a baking tray filled with water.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • Decorate with Sugar Free chocolate and mint sprigs and serve. 

Notes

  • The recipe uses Sugar-Free Natura as a sweetener, but you can substitute it with any preferred low-calorie sweetener in the same quantity. Adjust according to taste.
