- 1 cup chesse cubes
- 1/2 cup capsicum cubes
- 1 tbsp oil for cooking
For Marinade:
- 1/2 tbsp thick curd
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp besan (Chickpea flour)
- 3/4 tsp chaat masala (a tangy Indian spice mix)
- 1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
Combine the paneer (a type of Indian fresh cheese)cubes, capsicum cubes, and the marinade in a bowl. Toss gently and keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet, grease it with oil, and cook the marinated paneer (a type of Indian fresh cheese) and capsicum on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
To assemble the roll, place a roti (an Indian whole wheat flatbread) on a clean, dry surface. Put ¼ portion of the marinated paneer (a type of Indian fresh cheese) tikka on one side of the roti and roll it up tightly.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make three more rolls.
