  • Popsicle Molds
  • Whisk
  • Mixing bowl
  • Grater or Zester
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lemons
  • cups thick yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened milk powder
  • 3 tbsps 3 tbsps fresh cream
  • 10 measures Sugar Free Green

Instructions
 

  • Take yogurt in a bowl. Add milk powder, and fresh cream and mix well.
  • Zest lemons directly in the bowl. Cut and squeeze the juice. Whisk well to avoid any lumps.
  • Add Sugar-Free Green and whisk again.
  • Transfer the mixture in popsicle moulds, close the lids and freeze for 6-8 hours.
  • Demould and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Fresh Cream: You can use fresh cream for the best taste of coconut cream or skip it entirely for a lighter treat.
  • Freezing Time: keep it for 6-8 hours or overnight for the best texture.
  • Serving Ideas: At the time of serving, you can top the popsicles with fresh fruits and a drizzle of honey for the best taste.
  • Storage: you can store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1-2 weeks.
