Ingredients
This must be consumed 1 hour before your sleep time
1tspvalerian root powder
basil leaves or peppermint leavesaccording to your necessity
Pinch of nutmeg powder
Instructions
Boil one glass of water and add valerian root powder and basil leaves
Let it boil for a few minutes to allow the flavor of the ingredients to infuse in the water
