Strainer (optional, if you want to strain the tea)

Ingredients
More than 3 to 5 g of leaves or two drops of oil per day. Consult your doctor for advice before consuming lemongrass if you are taking any allopathic medicine
1/2 cup fresh lemongrass (chopped)
1/4cup fresh mint leaves
1/4cup fresh Tulsi leaves
1 tsp fennel seeds
1-2 lemon slices
1glasswater
Instructions
Boil one glass of water and add lemongrass, add mint leaves, Tulsi leaves, and fennel seeds.
Let it boil for a few minutes.
Add one to two slices of lemon.
Now switch off the stove and let the lemon slices submerge for a while.
Serve it hot.
