  • 1 Knife (optional) For chopping ginger (if using)

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 leaves Fresh or dried Tulsi leaves Use for steeping in water
  • 1 cup Water Boil for brewing the tea
  • To taste optional Honey For sweetness
  • To taste optional Lemon For flavor and vitamin C boost
  • To taste optional Fresh ginger For anti-inflammatory benefits
  • 1 stick Cinnamon For flavor and blood sugar balance
  • 2-3 pods Crushed cardamom For digestive benefits

Instructions
 

  • At first, boil a cup of water, then add 5-6 dried or fresh Tulsi leaves to the boiling water.
  • Remove the pot from heat, cover it, and let the mixture steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into your cup, and if desired, add a touch of honey, lemon, or other herbs for added taste.
  • Now serve .
