High Protein Veg Recipes easy & delicious
Today, I'll share with you high-protein vegetarian recipes that are unique, delicious, and loved by everyone! On weekends, I do my best to prepare these dishes for my children, family members, and friends, who all enjoy them so much. So, let's dive in and try these recipes!

1 Non-stick Kadai (or deep frying pan) for cooking the dish
1 Spatula or Wooden Spoon for stirring
1 Measuring Cups and Spoons for accurate measurements of ingredients
1 Knife and Cutting Board for chopping onions and tomatoes
1 Blender or Grinder if you need to make the ginger-garlic paste or cashew nut paste
- 1½ cups soaked soya chunks
- ½ cup fresh green peas
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 2 tsps cumin powder
- 1½ tbsp cashew nut paste
- 2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Coriander sprig for garnish
At first, take the oven and set in the oven and heat oil and add cumin seeds. Let the seeds change color. Add onion and let’s do it golden brown.
Include ginger-garlic glue, blend well and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Include tomato, salt and sauté well. Cover and cook till the tomato is thick.
Include 1 tsp ruddy chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 2 tsps cumin powder, blend well and cook for 1 diminutive.
Include 1 glass water and blend well. Include 1 ½ tbsps cashew nut glue, blend well and include 1 ½ mugs doused soya chunks, ½ container new green peas, 2 tbsps chopped coriander, blend well.
Include ½ container water and blend well. Include ½ tsp garam masala powder, blend well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take it off the warm.
Decorate with sprig of coriander and serve hot.
