Mixing Bowls For marinating and mixing the cheese, cream, and spices.
Whisk To blend eggs with salt and pepper.
Plate For coating the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture.
Kadai or deep frying pan For deep-frying the chicken.
Tongs or slotted spoon To remove fried chicken from the oil.
Paper towels For draining excess oil from the fried chicken.
Serving Plate To arrange and serve the crispy chicken bites.
- 1 chicken breast cut in strips
- ¼ cup processed cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 ¼ teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon masala powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp refined flour
- Crushed black pepper to taste
- Oil for deep-frying
- 2 eggs
- Chopped coriander for garnish
- Tomato ketchup for serving
Whisk together prepared cheese and new cream in a bowl.
Include to it paprika powder, pepper powder, salt, chaat masala powder and garlic powder. Blend well.
Include chicken and blend well. Blend bread pieces, refined flour, salt and smashed dark pepper together in a plate.
Break eggs in a bowl include salt and smashed dark pepper to it, whisk well.
Plunge the marinated chicken into the egg and coat with the breadcrumb blend. Set aside.
Warm adequate oil in a kadai.
Deep-fry till brilliant brown. Deplete on retentive paper.
Embellish with chopped coriander and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
