Best High-Protein Natural Foods & How to Prepare

The world is a blessing for humans and all animals. From the creation of the world, we have received high-protein natural foods that are truly good for our health. However, we, as human beings, process it and, for better taste, use different colors and spices. We cook it, and as a result, lose its natural elements.

Moreover, we use various pesticides and fertilizers in our fields, which are harmful to the soil and the body. As a result, people around the world suffer from different diseases, leading to unhealthy lives—a sign of the destruction of life.

Why Should You Eat High-Protein Natural Foods?

Today, I will tell you about a natural food that is an excellent source of protein and contains all the essential natural elements.

Now, the question is: why should you eat this natural food? Our body structure is made of DNA and RNA, and every cell increases with proper nutrition. Therefore, we should eat natural food.

If you were given two foods, one an apple and the other a burger, which would you choose? Be honest. Most people would choose the burger, which is a wrong decision. Many people in offices and students during lunch eat unhealthy food like burgers. They eat to fill their bellies, not for their bodies.

The Impact of Unnatural Foods

Our body needs proper nutrition to digest and absorb food effectively. When we eat burgers and similar foods, the colon cannot digest them naturally. As a result, the food falls into the stomach without proper DNA and cannot be expelled properly, leading to rotting in the large intestine.

This creates digestion problems, causing issues like dysentery, gas, ulcers, and other gut health problems. When gas pressure builds up in the heart, it’s called a heart problem, and when we experience head pain, it’s called a migraine. The main cause is eating unnatural or overly spicy food.

The Key to Maintaining Health

The key to maintaining health is to eat only natural food. Most people suffer from obesity because they consume excessive food. Do you know the reason? It’s because they eat more than they need.

Everyone should follow the BMI (Body Mass Index). If you don’t, excessive food accumulates as fat in the body. In modern times, people work less and use modern tools for daily tasks, reducing the calories burned, which then accumulates in the belly.

A man needs 1800 calories and a woman 1500 calories a day. If they consume more and cannot burn it, the excess food increases cholesterol and colon activity, leading to health problems over time.

The Importance of Digestive Rest

In nature, every animal takes rest, but we don’t give our colon rest because of excessive food consumption. As a result, organs don’t get rest, leading to diseases and reliance on medicine.

But medicine cannot solve this problem. Instead, we need to control our eating habits. Eat food that doesn’t increase fat or calories and is easily digestible. Only natural food can address this problem. Natural food, such as fruits and vegetables, is essential.

Benefits of High-Protein Natural Foods

Why should you eat fruit and vegetables most of the time? Suppose you consume one cup of rice, which creates approximately 100 grams of calories. Conversely, one cup of fruit creates 50 grams of fructose. With fruit, you also get minerals, fiber, water, glucose, and proper nutrition. Even this fruit has DNA, making it easier for our bodies to recognize and digest.

Today, I will share a food that is one of the most protein-rich lentils on the planet. It’s very powerful, which is why racehorses are fed it—now known as horse gram. It is especially beneficial when sprouted, as it’s easier to digest.

How to Prepare Horse Gram

  1. Soaking: Place the horse gram in a bowl and soak it in water for 6-8 hours.
  2. Sprouting: Drain the water and wrap the soaked gram in a white cloth. Keep it closed in a warm, dry place. After about three days, it will sprout.

Tips for Optimal Health

  • Mindful Eating: Many people today are merely performing the ritual of eating, not eating as they should. Wild animals chew their food and eat based on their needs, guided by their body intelligence.
  • Heat Management: Consuming horse gram generates heat in the body. If you experience symptoms like hot eyeballs or painful urination, you can cool down by drinking ash gourd juice, eating green gram, or applying castor oil to the navel, Anahata, Vishuddhi, and behind the ears. This will help regulate your system and promote smooth functioning.

The Wisdom of Sadhguru

Sadhguru emphasizes that while self-management is already happening, consciously managing the body will enhance its performance. If you aim to use your body at a higher level, you need to watch it carefully. If your goal is just to live and die, it doesn’t matter what you eat, even if it’s garbage, because you will still live. However, if you eat with care and understanding of what your body needs, it will benefit you in many ways. Conscious management of the body is crucial, but it’s important not to become a health freak stressed about every little thing you eat. Instead, be aware of what the body needs each day and act accordingly.
