Acidity occurs due to triggers such as acidic food, alcohol, dehydration, and stress, which cause excess production of acid. Today, we will explore techniques that can help you get rid of acid reflux naturally and permanently.
Food is a very important element when it comes to acid reflux. After every meal, if we suck on a small piece of jaggery, it will help maintain normal body temperature and cool the stomach.
