Curried Chicken Mango Salad

Today, I will share with you a curried chicken mango salad recipe that is delicious. Whenever I get the time, I make it and enjoy it with my family and friends. You don’t need much time to prepare it.

Curried Chicken Mango Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 2 tsp mild curry paste
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 150 grams yogurt
  • Salt and pepper
  • Feta cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, curry paste, mango chutney, and a bit of salt and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add half of this sauce to the cooked chicken pieces and mix well.
  3. Prepare a bed of lettuce with your favorite veggies on the side.
  4. Place the chicken in the center, then top with the diced mango and feta cheese.
  5. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the salad.
