- 🍚 1 tablespoon of flour
- 🧈 Butter
- 🧀 Grated mozzarella cheese

Step 1: Preparation
- Slice the Tomatoes:
- Slice three tomatoes.
- Remove the pulp from the tomatoes.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Step 2: Mixing
- Prepare the Mixture:
- Put the chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
- Chop some parsley to taste.
- Add the parsley to the bowl with the tomatoes.
- Add two eggs.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add 1 tablespoon of flour and stir to mix well

- Step 3: Cooking
- Cook the Tomatoes:
- In a pan, add butter and let it melt.
- Add the tomato slices with no pulp to the pan.
- Put the mixture inside each tomato.
- Let it fry for two minutes.
- Turn it over to fry both sides
- Step 4: Finishing Touches
- Add the Finishing Touches:
- Add grated mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add more parsley to taste.
