Easy Italian Quick Pasta with Tomatoes, Anchovies, & Chili

Pasta an tomato sauce has become very popular in every home plate.

Today I will talk about basic sauce to another level by adding a few store cupboard staples-chili,anchovies, likves and capers. It will be so delicious.

🍝 Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
🍝 Dried Spaghetti or Linguine 400g
🫒 Olive Oil For frying and drizzling
🧄 Garlic Cloves 2–3, peeled and finely chopped
🌶️ Dried Red Chilli 1, crumbled or chopped into small pieces
🐟 Anchovies in Oil 1 × 50g tin, drained and finely chopped
🫒 Pitted Black Olives 200g, roughly chopped
🥄 Capers 3 tbsp, drained and rinsed
🍅 Cherry Tomatoes 250g, halved
🧂 Sea Salt To taste
🌶️ Freshly Ground Black Pepper To taste
🌿 Basil Leaves To garnish

How to Cook Delicious Pasta with Garlic, Chili, and Anchovies?

🍽️ Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta
  •   At first cook the pasta in boiling salted water until all dente, follow the instruction to packet instructions.

2.Prepare the Aromatic Base

  • Secondly heat a frying pan over a medium heat and pour a little bit of olive oil into it.
  • Now Fry the garlic, chili and anchovies for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is aromatic anc fragrant and the anchovy is beginning to melt into the oil.

        3. Combine the Ingredients

  • At the last, you have to keep the pan on the stove on medium heat and add the olives, capers, and tomatoes to the pan and stir until everything is well combined and the tomatoes have collapsed.
