There are many families who have only filling for lunch. It is our traditional dishes that everyone like so much And most of the lower class people continue their normal life to eat mash. We can make mashed with different types of vegetables to change our taste .I don\’t think anyone can resist mash on their plate Here are 7 mashed recipes for you.

1. Potato filling:
For Potato Mash:
A common recipe in our country where even with limited ingredients, a delicious dish can be prepared at home. Boil and grind 3-4 medium potatoes, then fry dry chilies and chopped onion with oil in a pot. Add browned onion, pepper, salt to the mashed potatoes and mix it with coriander leaves.
2. Eggplant mash:
Ingredients:
1 large eggplant
1 teaspoon mustard paste
2 teaspoons coconut flour
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup fenugreek seeds
2 tablespoons mustard oil (preferably Radhuni brand)
2 tablespoons crushed green chilies
Salt, to taste
Method:
Prepare by roasting an eggplant coated with oil before peeling and mashing it. Then boil the fenugreek seeds in oil, add chopped onions, crushed tomatoes, mustard paste, coconut flour, green chilies, and salt to give the mashed eggplant its unique flavor.
3. Lentil mash:
Ingredients: Lentils 1 cup, water 3 to 3 and a half cups, garlic chopped half spoon, onion chopped 1 teaspoon, salt half teaspoon, green pepper slices 2, oil 1 teaspoon.
Method: Mix lentils with water, garlic, onions peppers slices, salt & oil cooked into thick densely textured mashed.
4. tomato mash:
4-5 medium-sized tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 dry chilies
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
Salt, as needed
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
Tangy tomatoes blended with chopped onion & chilies cooked on tawa until evenly roasted then mixed with spices for a delicious mash.
5. Spotted Snakehead fish mash:
ingridents:
Spotted Snakehead fish, 1 cup
3-4 medium-sized onions, sliced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
2 onion leaves
1 teaspoon cumin paste
1 teaspoon coriander
Salt, to taste
3-4 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 teaspoon turmeric paste
Boil fish with sliced onions & spices until semi-dry & mushy; serve as round balls for an appetizing meal.
6.spinach mash:
Ingredients: leafy vegetable (spinach) 200 gram, green chilies/dried chilies fried 5 to 6, onions chopped 2 tbsp. Salt and mustard oil – as per your choice.
Method: Blanched spinach mixed with onions fried chilies & mustard oil makes a delectable side dish for rice .
7.Gourd leaves mash
